At EcoBask Gift, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently while ensuring a seamless shopping experience. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation, except on weekends and public holidays when they will be processed on the next working day. For domestic deliveries, your order will typically arrive within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch. For international shipments, delivery times may vary, generally taking 10-15 business days depending on the destination and shipping service selected. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and size of your order and will be displayed during checkout. We also provide free shipping for orders above a specified value, which will be highlighted on the website when applicable. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS so you can monitor its journey. To ensure timely delivery, please double-check your address details during checkout, as EcoBask Gift cannot be held responsible for delays or missed deliveries caused by inaccurate addresses.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase or receive a defective or damaged product, we are here to assist. Returns are accepted for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and reported within 7 days of delivery. However, certain items, such as personalized or customized products, perishable goods, and clearance items, are non-returnable. To initiate a return, simply contact us via email or phone with your order details and, if possible, a photograph of the defective item. Upon approval, we will guide you through the return process. Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. While we do not offer direct exchanges, you can return an item and place a new order if a replacement is needed.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us directly. Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be processed once the order has been dispatched.
